MagAxis mounts are compatible with any smartphone with MagSafe technology or magnetic case. You can also use it with mobiles that do not have MagSafe if you place the adhesive metal ring that we include.

Can I use the holder with a case on my cell phone?

Yes, as long as the holster is MagSafe compatible or has one of our metal rings installed. Our rings work with virtually any case. To ensure the best hold, we recommend using thin cases or cases designed for wireless charging, and always stick the ring on the outside of the case, never between the phone and the case, as this will reduce the magnetic attraction force.

Does the cradle support wireless charging?

Yes, as long as the holster is MagSafe compatible or has one of our metal rings installed. Our rings work with virtually any case. To ensure the best hold, we recommend using thin cases or cases designed for wireless charging, and always stick the ring on the outside of the case, never between the phone and the case, as this will reduce the magnetic attraction force.

How is the bracket installed in the car?

On smooth surfaces such as car windows, windows, screens or mirrors, the suction cup adheres directly with excellent grip, and for textured areas such as the dashboard, we recommend using the 3M adhesive base for extra firmness.

You can also place them at home, as they stick very well on tiles, glass or mirrors, making them useful not only in the car, but also in bathrooms, kitchens or desks.

Can I place the bracket on curved or rough surfaces?

For optimum performance, we recommend installing the bracket on smooth, flat surfaces. On uneven surfaces, adhesion may be reduced.

How strong is the magnetic attachment and will the cell phone fall off on bumps or curves?
